Fidostra at the LMA & Fitch Ratings Frankfurt Afternoon Seminar
19 May 2026 | Frankfurt am Main
Fidostra attended the LMA & Fitch Ratings Frankfurt Afternoon Seminar, which focused on current developments in the German and European loan and Schuldschein markets. The programme covered Holdco/Opco financing structures, treasury and funding trends, rating considerations and legal topics relevant to institutional financing transactions.
Against this backdrop, effective loan agency and transaction administration play an important role in German financing structures. As an independent, non-lender agent, Fidostra supports lenders, borrowers and advisers across Germany and the wider DACH region through neutral coordination, disciplined administration and clear operational oversight. This includes managing closing processes, lender communications, amendments, conditions precedent, agreed payment mechanics and ongoing transaction administration in line with German-law documentation and local market practice.
Successful execution in the German market depends not only on the financing documents themselves, but also on close coordination between banks, borrowers, legal advisers and other transaction parties. Local availability, German-language communication, familiarity with syndicated loan and Schuldschein processes, consistent administration and clear responsibilities throughout the life of the transaction are therefore essential.
