Fidostra is pleased to welcome Charity Mafuba to the London team.

Charity supports our institutional transaction work across loan agency, structured finance, private credit and capital markets, with a particular focus on transaction documentation, legal analysis and the execution of complex financial transactions.

Her appointment further strengthens Fidostra’s capabilities across EMEA and supports our continued focus on the execution and administration of institutional financial transactions.

Charity brings extensive experience across institutional transactions, including financial services contracts, leveraged finance, derivatives and regulated financial markets, through roles with ISDA, Shell, Konexo (Eversheds Sutherland), Beazley and Crown Agents Bank.

She is admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales and as an Attorney in New York.
