Fidostra is an independent provider of loan agency, security trustee and transaction administration services for international financing transactions.

We occasionally engage working students to support transaction administration, research and operational processes.


Typical responsibilities include

• Supporting administrative tasks in ongoing transactions
• Preparation of documentation, checklists and reports
• Assistance with KYC and compliance documentation
• Research on markets and financing structures
• Support with presentations and internal analyses

Profile

• Studies in finance, economics, business, law or related field
• High attention to detail and reliability, with a service-oriented and responsive communication style
• Ability to manage priorities and work accurately under deadlines in a transaction-driven environment
• Strong German and professional English language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Interest in lending and financing structures, covenants and collateral packages, corporate and institutional financing, capital markets and structured finance
